Two things that the pandemic reinforced and validated for me, not only as a people’s manager but also as an individual was the importance of gratitude and the power of a team. There isn’t an attitude better than gratitude, an antidote to all things negative, it is so present oriented. I have perhaps never felt more indebted to people around me as much as I did during the pandemic and how everyone stepped miles away from their comfort zone to go that extra mile. Matsushita San’s quote resonates with me since it is completely aligned with my set of beliefs and values & something that I strongly feel for.
