As the POSH Act Compliance is a part of my job profile, giving training on the awareness of the act is the most important part of the compliance as a preventive measure. To deliver the awareness sessions in more effective and efficient way, I have completed my 3 months POSH certified professional course from ICSI-New Delhi. This course has given me an opportunity to study various legal case studies of sexual harassment from various institutions. I am feeling satisfied that I can put the learnings from this course into my awareness sessions and sensitize employees on the important provisions of the act in a simpler and practical manner. This small yet important contribution is surely helping in building a culture of respect, dignity, and self-esteem in the organization.
