Two things that the pandemic reinforced and validated for me, not only as a people’s manager but also as an individual was the importance of gratitude and the power of a team. There isn’t an attitude better than gratitude, an antidote to all things negative, it is so present oriented. I have perhaps never felt more indebted to people around me as much as I did during the pandemic and how everyone stepped miles away from their comfort zone to go that extra mile.
